Services Usage Guidelines

1. How can I place the order online ?
Placing an order on Genworks store is extremely simple. Please follow following steps for order placement:
  • i) Register on the website if you have not registered. Fill in login details if you are registered
  • ii) Locate your product- by searching or navigating through the website
  • iii) View the product details before making the purchase
  • iv) Click on Add to Cart
  • v) Checkout
  • vi) Make the payment
2. Is it compulsory to register before buying the product ?
Yes, it is compulsory to be registered as a doctor or as health care provider or as reseller to place the order.
3. What if I forgot my password ?
Click on Forgot my Password in Login and you will be sent a link to reset your password on your registered email id.
4. How can I change my password ?
Please login to your account and go to account information to change your password.
5. How do I check the status of my order ?
In order to check the status of the order, Log in and then go to My Account section. In case of any queries regarding the status of your order, kindly contact us (mail: with your order number. Our team will revert you on it within maximum 24 working hours.


1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available in my area ?
COD is not available currently.
2. Can I pay Cheque on delivery ?
No, Cheque on delivery is not available
3. Do I have to have online banking facility ?
You pay using Credit/Debit Cards. Alternatively, you can also pay using wallets. For using Net Banking, online banking facility is required.
4. Does the payment include taxes ?
Yes, payment includes GST.


1. What is the approximate delivery time ?
For products which are in stock:
It would take about 7-10 working days to areas serviced.

For products which are out of stock:
There are a few products which are out of stock. They have been ordered from the company. Some products are imported from outside India. These would take around 3 weeks to reach you.
2. What are the shipping charges ?
Shipping is free for purchase value above Rs.10,000/-.
For purchase value below Rs. 5000/- shipping is Rs 300 and for purchase value between Rs 5000-10,000/- shipping is Rs 150/-
3. How do I track the status and delivery of my order ?
All products are delivered through Blue Dart Courier. You will be provided you with an order ID on placing an order successfully. Use can enter this number in the Track My Order section inside your Account.
4. Does Genworks Store deliver overseas ?
Currently we deliver only in India.
5. What if I want to order the product which is not in stock ?
A. Please email the product you wish to purchase and quantity on We will reply at earliest.
6. Which courier facilities are available ?
Our logistics partner is Blue Dart. Currently all orders will be shipped through Blue Dart.

Cancellations and Returns

1. Can I cancel my order ?
Once order is placed Cancellation of order is not possible.
2. Can I return my order ?
Yes, only if it arrives physically damaged or not within packaging specifications.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged package ?
Refuse accepting it from the Courier person. If it is accepted with damage, a return at later point of time will not be acceptable by Genworks and accepting damaged goods is prohibited.
It is advised that Customer assures himself of no damage to packaging and the product inside once he/she receives the package.
