GENWORKS NO RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy mandates that there shall be no returns of the goods or reagents (“Products”) made available to the users of the Website. You shall not be eligible for refund just upon successful cancellation of the Product prior to delivery, thus a CANCELLATION OR CONVENIENCE IS NOT ACCEPTD FOR Product once ordered on the Website.The products will be not be eligible for return / refund / replacement unless specifically provided for in a specific link in the Product descriptions Page by the manufacturer.
A. RULES FOR ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS
Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not puffed, swollen, leaking, torn, broken, tampered or damaged in any way and not intact (“Damaged Product”). If it’s a Damaged Product, You shall be bound to refuse delivery to the delivery provider and the product may or may not carry these instructions on the body of the package. We may refund You upon such instances Damaged Product which you have refused to accept delivery or on non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product with such damaged packaging you lose the eligibility to get refund.The Products for which supervision of a third person expert is required, should not be opened by yourself, nor its packaging be opened or tampered with. Authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and usage or installation of the Product. In case, you choose to unbox the Product or try installing the same, you shall do it at your own risk.
Rules under an exceptional return or replacement:
AS MENTIONED ABOVE, RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS THE MANUFACTURER ALLOWS RETURNS IN SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONDITIONS OR CONSENT. FOLLOWING RULES OF GENWORKS SHALL APPLY OVER AND ABOVE THE RULES DISPLAYED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

1. Returns of such damaged products are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint of damage and return. Upon receipt of the product it shall be verified for the following:
Table 1: Return Criterion Verification Parameters Conditions Correctness of product returned Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ batch number/article number/ bar code (collectively “Unique Identifiers”) should match the Product dispatched and the MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible. Completeness All in-the-box products and accessories (like user manual, instruction manuals, kits, etc.), cases, spoons, jars, tubs, activators, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) must be present when being returned. Non-Usage The product should be unused, and unopened and with un-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Non-damage (Product) The product must be undamaged and without any dents, tears or holes in the packaging except such damage as has already happened to the Product before delivery. Non-damage (Packaging) Product's original packaging/ brand box should be unopened and untampered. - 2. Products may be rejected by us for return if they are not returned as per or under the conditions mentioned in the Table 1 above. Unless the conditions at Table 1 were already present at time of delivery which shall be verified as per a picture of the Product package taken at the time of delivery by You or the delivery agent. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if returned after it is received be it with or without defect; since any Damaged Product are NOT ALLOWED TO BE REFUNDED IF IT WAS RECEIVED without prior approval for the same and in which case you waive any and all claims against Genworks, if any.
- 3. If the returned Damaged Product received by Genworks does not pass the verification and quality checks as ‘damaged’ as mentioned by You, then the product may / may not be shipped back to you and the price of the Product may be forfeited by Genworks.
- 4. Refund/replacement may be issued at sole discretion of Genworks to you only after Genworks is satisfied and verification is complete that the Damaged Product reached you in damaged condition
- 5. Replacement of Damaged Product is subject to availability of the Product (in such number, combination and overall specifications as was originally ordered) and is limited to one request and at sole discretion of Genworks.
- 6. In case the replacement for the Product is out of stock and you have already made a payment for the Product, a full refund shall be initiated by Genworks to you.
- 7. If the price of the replacement product is lower than the amount paid by you originally, the balance refund of excess amount paid by you to Genworks will be issued to you.
- 8. Damaged Products should be carefully packaged during transit so that there is no damage during transit.
B. IF PRODUCT QUALIFIED FOR RETURNS, THE MODE OF PAYMENT FOR REFUND ARE:

- 1. We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
- 2. If the payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you through one of the modes mentioned above as agreed by you.
- 3. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
